How do I connect to my web email?

You can use any "Web Browser" to access your email, from anywhere. It doesn't matter if you are connecting with TVCOnline dialup service or not. Simply open your browser and open the following link http://tvconline.net. Enter your user id followed by "@tvconline.net" and the same password that you use to sign in with. Then click the "Login" button and you will be taken to your personal email account.

Can I add additional user names to my account?

Yes, TVCOnline subscribers can have up to 5 additional email addresses with their basic subscription. Currently you will need to call TVCOnline Tech Support to have these accounts activated.

How do I upload my personal web site?

Simply use ftp to copy the files from your computer to the TVCOnline web server. Use ftp to connect to "home.tvconline.net. When prompted for your user name, enter your user id followed by "@tvconline.net" and the same password that you use to sign in with. An example would be "user@tvconline.net".  Once logged in, change the directory to "www" and upload your files. Once the files are uploaded, your web site will be accessed by the following URL - http://home.tvconline.net/"your username", An example would look like this http://home.tvconline.net/user.

You can upload as many times as you want and change the pages when ever you want.
